occ: Okay, title claims BASED. Meaning everything thing here can be based off the game. I would love to get some original characters from the game and some made-up ones will make it even more interesting. So, without further ado, let me start my intro with the female farmer who moved into from town in Flower Bud Village on the Exciting Ranch Plan.
Oh, before I forget. Romance is highly acceptable. Doesn't bother me and it never has. But, for this roleplay, no violence. I mean, verbal conflict is alright as well as some competition, but don't get carried away.

Golden rays flowed through a nearby window of the small, wooden cottage. Light filled the room and soon reflected off the face of a female whom gently stirred, muttering something under her breath as she turned her back on the light. But, already being awaken, she knew sleep wouldn't come know as six o'clock came and her alarm went off, causing the form to spring from her bed in alarm.
Gripping her chest as her heart race started to slow, the dark clothed figure sat on the edge of her bed to turn off the alarm that stood one her small, white nightstand. "Oh jeez, if only I could have just a little more time to rest."
Lips pried themselves apart as a yawn slowly came forth, taking in a great amount of air before heaving it out of her chest. Shaking her head with a sigh, slowly she got up, scratched her arm as she moved up her silk, black shirt to stare at a cut she received from the previous day upon her arm. As the gaze broke away, the female stared in the mirror for a brief moment before grabbing her brush.
Light eyes of sapphires softly stared into the mirror, while a tan hand rose and fell as it entered into her waist long, dark navy hued hair, smiling as she watched the sun glisten upon the strands, knowing that finally she was taking better care of it to keep the sun from damaging it. Her face was smoothly carved with fair sized cheek bones that produced just a faint blush on her caramel skin, with the ever lasting look of calmness that could easily change with mood.
With a sudden gasp, the female suddenly darted off toward her calendar as her finger raced across the paper. It was the third of Fall and in three more days, her eighteen birthday would finally be coming, which would also meant that she could get married if she wanted to.
Clasping her hands together in joy, she ran over toward a chest that rested beside her nightstand, quickly pulling out a see-through, spider design top, a pitch black tank top, and comfortable ebony cargo pants. As she tossed her sleepwear into a basket where a few other dirty clothes where, she pulled on her pants, pull the tank top over her head, and then put the spider design over the shirt.
"OK, in a few more days laundry must be done," she whispered to herself as she grabbed her rucksack and put her milker, animal brush, reigns, watering can, and fishing rod all inside while also taking a rubber band, pulling her long hair up into a tight bun. "Alright, time to work. Then, I have to work on finding a guy I think should be right for me. Maybe I will get married, just so that way I can no longer be alone."
With those being her final words, she greeted her dog before racing off outside, locking the door behind her.

(ooc- sorry! I was on a cruise. Also, I don't know how to accent the e in cafe.)
A few acres away, a young man had also woken up. His bed faced the window, causing the sun to strike his eyes every morning. He was too busy keeping Cafe Calloway under control that he continuously forgot to ask Kurt to help him move his bed.
Still laying in bed, Carl threw his short arms into the air, stretching. He needed to make his arms longer so he could be baking a cake on one side of the counter and serving pie on the other. Then he got out of bed and put on his bartender's suit. Since his cafe had just opened up, he didn't have the gold to buy a nice white suit. Besides, he would probably spill some Herbal Tea on his pants anyway.
Carl was short, and he was five pounds too heavy. His face looked like it had been stolen from a toddler, what with its big, brown eyes and cute smile. His short hair was a light dirty blonde, which was common among his family.
Carl flew down the stairs with such excitement that he almost tripped. He tidied up the tables, wiped down the counter, fired up the ovens, and changed the "closed" sign on the door of his cafe to "open."

Beads of sweat dripped from the smooth, tanned face of the female as she started putting her shipping items out in the box. Grinning happily, she put two containers of good milk into the shipping box while listening to the loud whinny of her young foal that stood within the pasture. "Well," the female muttered to herself. "That's mainly all my chores for the time being... Guess I will go fishing," she stated, allowing her dark, navy hair to sway behind her while cerulean eyes stared toward the direction of Carl's Cafe, deciding she would head down there to fish by the river.

Carl waited excitedly outside, hoping that someone would come today. It hasn't been too busy, what with the renovations of the Moonlight Cafe, Carl thought. He sighed, sitting on the bench. Then he spotted the girl. "Welcome to Cafe Callaway!" he shouted, getting overly excited. "Fishing today? After you get tired, come have a snack! Sweets are perfect when you're tired!" He bowed and smiled.

Sapphires seemed highly busy searching the river's glossy surface, hoping to see a faint ripple of a fish coming close to observe the outside world. 'Hm...I just pray I can catch something to-' Her thoughts were cut off as she jumped slightly, staring darkly at Carl for a moment before listening to him.
Beryl strands gracefully played behind her delicate form, a small smile suddenly forming upon her lips as she silently watched the perky boy. Once he had finished, she bit her lip as she giggled quietly, nodding her head. "I will keep that in mind," she smiled, tilting her head slightly toward one side as she realized she hadn't met him before. Switching her fishing rod to her left hand, she held out the other, tan skin glistening like morning dew within the sun's rays as her voice allowed itself to come forth. "I am Sonya. I don't think we have met yet... I run a farm over by Seabreeze."

"Hello Sonya!" Carl shouted, excited that someone was actually there. Usually, when people visited, their intention to see Carl's cafe, they found the Inn or the Moonlight Cafe instead. "I'm Carl! I run the cafe!" Carl knew what he was saying was the obvious, but he didn't care. That's what he liked doing((Either that, or it's because of the stupid writers who designed him )). "Okay then! I gotta go take the cake out of the oven before it burns. See ya!" Then he happily ran into his Cafe, a sort of large building with a certain charm that no one could ignore. Except perhaps Jamie. With a new friend in mind, Carl opened the oven doors, grabbed the cakes, iced them, and carefully placed them on display. A few minutes later, Bob came to deliver the package of Herbs he would need to make tea. He quickly tipped Bob (for Bob made little gold anyhow) and stashed the Herbs in his giant refrigerator. I hope this day is exciting, Carl sighed as he relaxed with a nice batch of Pancakes.

Watching him run off, the female couldn't help but laugh slightly, grasping the fishing rod back within her right hand as she started off a little past Carl's cafe, taking a seat down upon the soft, flush grass beneath her while placing bait upon the hook before casting it out into the nearby river, her dark eyes staring softly upon the glossy surface of water. 'Hm... I wonder whom else I haven't met yet...' she thought in wonder, placing her head gently upon her left hand while waiting for a nibble at the end of the other line.

((This would be the perfect time for someone to join, because I'm running out of ideas.))
Carl's cafe was as dead as ever. Not even his friends came. While the minutes slowly ticked by, Carl destroyed his boredom by playing Kappa Puzzles and the Goddess' Game, two puzzle games that were common in the town he had come from. Then he sighed, slammed down his puzzle book and pencil, and decided to get out for some fresh air. It was almost lunch time, and he was hoping to find some unique items growing near his house so he could use them in different desserts.
Slowly pushing the door open, as if to savor the sensation you get when you're touched by sunlight for the first time in hours, he let his smile get bigger with every ray that touched him.
Finally, after the ceremony of opening the door was finished, he ran outside and jumped into the air, shouting, "YAHO!" ((Yes, yah-hoe. Not Yah-Hoo That's what he says, if you pay attention)) He barely noticed Sonya still fishing in the river.

Seagulls called out their song of the morning upon the beaches of town. The smell of salt water and brin wafted through the soft wind as wave lapped against the shoreline. Upon the soft sands set Ray. His line had been cast out since the sun began to rise. But it seemed that the fish were avoiding the fisherman.
With a heavy sigh Ray reeled in his line and put his rod over his shoulder. Gazing out upon the calm waters of the sea brought serenity to the young fisherman's soul. A small smile appeared upon his face, "Maybe I'll get lucky at the lake." He padded across the soft sand that gave away under each step until he got onto the paved road.
Down the road the door swung open to Café Callaway. Out came Carl, cheering happily with what he had accomplished for the day. Ray wandered passed Carl and stood on the bridge, "I see you're having a wonderful day so far." He called out to Carl.

"Yep!" called Carl back, catching his breath and clutching his chest. "It's been great! Still haven't had any customers today, though." He panted excitedly with each word. He gave Ray one of his biggest smiles. He did it to everyone, so it wasn't that strange. But it was one of his special smiles. Smiles he gave to people he knew. ((I'm going by the game here, so if you don't like it, just tell me)) This particular smile he gave to regular patrons of the Moonlight Cafe, down the street. The smile said, "Why don't you come over and have something at my cafe?" Carl's eyes were shut, and his teeth were exposed. His head was tilted in a sort of girly fashion, but he didn't realize this.

Ray laughed at Carl, "All right. How about I be your first customer for today?" The fish weren't biting and Ray's stomach was growling for food. A beastly growl emitted from his stomach, "How about something sweet to keep me running until I can catch myself a nice fish for lunch?"
He made his way over to the Café and walked into the smell of sweet cakes and other snacks freshly baked. Already his sense were being overwhelmed by the aromas. "Smells so good." muttered Ray.

Carl's jaw dropped at the sight of Ray striding right into the entrance of his very own cafe. He rushed right in after Ray, scurrying into the kitchen. The Pudding was ready for eating, but the Cheesecake only needed to be decorated. And then there were the pies... Carl panicked at the seconds ticking by. Why couldn't he decide what to serve Ray? Carl started to sweat. The rhythmic beating of the clock turned into loud crashes and booms. Just as Carl was about to faint, the pies in the oven started to burn. He rushed over to the ovens and took them out with his oven mitts, blowing on them excessively. He sighed as the large bursts of smoke rose from the oven. Thank the Harvest Goddess I didn't install a smoke alarm, Carl thought. He threw them in the garbage along with a bucket of water to ease the smoke. With the slightest bit of hesitation, Carl put some pudding on one of his finest dishes and walked out of the kitchen to Ray. "Sorry it took so long," he said with a weak smile on his face.
