Sapphire nodded as she looked away, indeed squrmish. She looked back when they were done with the leg, looking down at the floor until the woman and Vincent got out of the room. She looked at Vincent as he entered the room again, and heard the woman give her command, also seeing that she left the room. But the girl had a question and asked quietly to the boy, "Where should I sleep?"

"You can sleep on the bed." He said with a smile. He put his left leg up on the stool and settled his arm across his chest. "I'll be fine sleeping in a chair.'' He said softly and closed his eyes and drifted off into a light sleep. He could still hear her and after a few hours he let himself go completely into a deep, rest filled sleep.

Sapphire about to protest when she heard that he was going to sleep in a chair, but left it to the past as she thought he fallen asleep completely. With a sigh, she climbed onto the bed and into the covers, resting her head on the pillows. It took her a while to fall asleep, but she eventually fell into a deep sleep of her own.

About four in the morning and Vin got up from the chair and curled up on the foot fo the bed and shifted into his wolf form. he slept with his head on Sapphire's feet, keeping them nice and toasty. When the woman, Marl can in quietly with breckfast she smiled and set the tray down on the stool and snuck off.

Sapphire slept peacefully, unlike the other times she had fallen asleep. It wasn't until about eight in the morning when the girl had woken up, feeling something near her feet. Or should she say, someone was near her feet, keeping them warm. She smiled when she saw it was Vin in his wolf form, reaching over so she could stoke his fur. Sapphire began to stoke the coat of fur he had gently, trying not to wake him up.

Vain slept soundly, his ears perked up when he heard Marl bring in food, but he made no move to get up for fear of waking her up. When Vincent felt her petting him his ears turned towards her, but his eyes staid closed. He hadn't been petted eversince he was young and after about fifteen minutes or so he finaly yawned and opened his eyes.

Sapphire continued to pet Vin, smiling as she did so. The girl stopped after about five minutes. Taking her hand off of him, she pulled her knees to chin and just sat there, thinking to herself.

Vincent streched and licked his lips and then shifted to his human form and got up off the bed and limped over to the table and grabbed up the tray. He carried it over to the bed and sat back down and started munching on the cold breckfast. He left half of it for her to eat and then streched and checked himself over. From what he could tell he was fine and that was good.

Sapphire ate the breakfast slowly, eating the half that Vincent had left her. When she was done, she streched alittle herself. Seeing as Vin was limping, she asked, "How's your leg doing?" Sapphire then sat indian style on the other side of the bed, placing her head in one her hands.

Vincent looked down at his leg and sighed "It hurts, but it'll get better. Knowing Marl she'll probably have added minerals and herbs to our food to help make us better faster." He said with a yawn and lay back on the bed and rubbed his eyes. "There's not much I can do with my leg how it is..." "So take a crutch or two" came Marl's voice from the door. The short woman smiled and left a pair of crude crutches leaning up against the wall. Vincent smiled back "Thanks"

Sapphire smiled and looked towards Marl and Vincent. "Thanks for everything," she said, very grateful that they would care for her. Trying to start a conversation, the girl asked, "How long have you been a lycan?"

Marl smiled and left them alone, closing the door quietly behind her. Vincent limped over to the door and hefted the crutches and walked back over to the bed with much more ease. "I've been a lycan for as long as I can remember." He said and smiled as he sat down on the edge of the bed. "Shall we talk as we walk?" He asked tilting his head a bit "I know of a nice place we can go to not far from here."

Sapphire smiled back and nodded. She got up off the bed and yawned quitely before turning back to Vincent. "What kind of nice place is it, might I ask?" she questioned, a bit curious. Sapphire started thinking about the thing on her neck, hoping that no one had seen it.

"It'll be a supprise" He said and got up and shifted his weight to the crutches and walked across the room he opened the door and smiled softly to Sapphire and then left the room. He led her out the back door of Marl's house. He led her away from the city and out into the country.

Sapphire followed after Vincent, seeing that they now were in the country. She smiled at the sight, looking around and feeling as if she had been here before. Shrugging off the feeling, the girl continued to follow until Vin had stopped. A small surge of pain shot through her, knowing that the scar had activated. Nothing was to be worried about, for now at least.
